I have a post on The Lucky 13's on how to get through some writer tough times as a writer. Also, I answer the question of whether or not published authors can produce sunshine and rainbows out of their rear end.Check it out, if you can.
Today, I am getting my eyeballs lasered, so if I don't comment on your blog, you'll know why. I've finally decided to fix my myopia so I won't be left behind during the upcoming Apocalypse.
I'm joking. Sort of.
Have a great weekend!

Hope your eye surgery goes well. And that you rest after it.
Good luck with your laser surgery. I've always wanted to do that. Perhaps one day.

I'm envious of your eye surgery! I investigated it a few years ago and am not a candidate. Wishing you lovely vision in the near future. Oh, and I'll click over.
Good luck with the surgery, Lydia. :D
I hear laser surgery like watching a Star Wars space battle with the sound turned off.
Just sayin'.
Great guest post. And I adore your illustrations. They are adorable.
I'm sending you healing vibes for the eye thing.
Yes, all the best with the treatment, and a happy and successful 2012.

Wait...published authors are upgraded to rainbow farts? I'm not sure if I'm ready for that...
Good luck with the surgery! I hope you have a quick recovery!
Good luck with your surgery, Lydia. Take rest.
I hope your surgery went perfectly! (That doesn't make the least grammatical sense. Sigh.)
On my way ...
Checking out your other post! Good luck with the lasering!
I think I'd get laser eye surgery if it meant I could fire lasers out of my eyes. Will stick with specs until then. Hope it all goes well.

I hope everything goes great with your surgery! I've been thinking about doing that, so you'll have to let me know how it goes.

Wishing you well as you recover from Surgery. I enjoyed your Lucky 13's post. Truly wonderful perspective.
Oh good idea to get prepped for the End of Days. Glasses break after all.
Good luck with the laser surgery!
Here's to a steady laser and brand new bionic eyeballs. May the blur clear quickly.
My husband had that surgery and it changed his life for the good. You will not regret it! Hope it goes very well!

Best of luck with the eyeball stuff. Hope it goes brilliantly.
Hi Lydia .. sincerely hope all has gone according to plan, and you'll be in tune with Amy's husband shortly ... sounds good news to me.
Cheers - Hilary
Hope all went well with your procedure!
Heal quickly!
You've got to be prepared for the oncoming apacolypse! Hope you fell well soon!
So apropos because I'm asking myself these questions right now. :(
Glad to hear your procedure went well!
Good luck with the eyes - wish I could get that done on mine! Off to check out the other post... :)
Ummmmm......OUCH!!!! :)
Ah, I see Southpaw was thinking of the same thing I was: Lydia, you mean you don't want to be stumbling around like Burgess Meredith in that Twilight Zone episode?
Hope the surgery went well! Heading for that other post now.
Best wishes to you!
I'm actually extremely curious about this surgery and how it went for you - it's something I've always considered, but I'm such a high myop it's almost pointless (so says my retinal specialist).
How deeply myopic are you? Please let me know everything!! (when you're recovered of course)
