I don't do this very often, but Candace is a dear writing friend and she's proud and brave as can be. It took a lot for her to ask for help.
Stop by her blog and if you can, help out.
From the bottom of my heart, if you do, I thank you.

Read her post & donated. I sincerely hope things get better for her soon!
Off to go see. Nice of you to spread the word, Lydia. ((hugs))
Will check it out!
I'm going too!
Thanks for the heads up, I'll check it out.
This is why I am sad about medicine. No one should have to face this kind of stress.
I went over from another blog, but I've clicked your link and got to the post. You're a good pal.
I donated yesterday the money that I could. The holidays kinda left me drained.
I put a link to her post on my post of yesterday, plus donated myself.
A new co-worker's cashed check was stolen from her purse today while she was out on a blood drive --
she is a single mother now without funds to buy her children food, so I helped her or else I would have given Candace more.
The world around us is bleeding and so many are screaming silently. It breaks my heart, Roland
Thanks for the heads up. I stopped by her blog. 100 people even just giving a dollar makes $100.
That was nice of you, Lydia. Went over there and donated. I'm always impressed by the way book bloggers help each other out.
Thanks for letting us know. I'm more than happy to help a fellow writer out.
I went over and then asked hubby. He said he would see if we can do it tomorrow. It is very kind of you to let people know.
Hugs to Candy and her family. Just been over there too. Take care

I've visited and donated. So glad this community is filled with great people.
Wow.
Lydia, thanks for posting this. I did see Matthew's post on Facebook today as well. I started following her and made a small donation. It is nice when we can help each other!
Donated and shared her link
Read and donated. I hope things look up for her.
Popping over now.
Thanks for helping me stay in the loop.
Went over and helped. Thanks for aiming me that way.
